Cancelations: Orders placed and completed on our website can only be canceled and refunded as long as we have not begun to prep your order. Based on the items in your order and the size, this time frame can vary from 48 hours to 7 days.  

Pickup Orders: Please note, If your order is not picked up same day as your requested pick-up date, your order will be discarded without a refund.
