Gluten & Soy Free
With an allergy to soy and gluten, Mandy understands that many people are in the same boat. By not using soy and commonly used flours, we're not just helping others like Mandy avoid an allergen. We are also aiding the planet with the production of diverse and healthy soil and avoiding the loss of necessary grains by keeping nutrient rich soils from monocropping, an issue that is devastating our food system.
The over production of soy and wheat products in farming (monocrops) is an issue that we should all be aware of. These ingredients are being over produced and over consumed. In addition to regular consumption, monocrops get turned into additives, by-products, and filler ingredients.
The only flours you find in our bakery are:
- Organic Oat Flour
- Organic White Rice Flour
- Organic Brown Rice Flour
- Organic Tapioca Flour
- Organic Corn Flour (for holiday corn bread only)
