Ingredients
The Base:
- 2 cups fusilli noodles (or any pasta you love)
The Zesty Dressing:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or diced
The Freshness Factor:
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ½ cup cucumber, quartered
- 1 diced shallot

- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
