Inside WB - Blog
Hi lovely supporters. Mandy reaching out again.🤟🤗
Yesterday we closed our doors to focus on putting together a well thought out plan to move forward during this time. We now feel recharged and clear-minded as we will Reopen Our Doors Tomorrow. We aim to be open daily from 10am to 4pm serving a limited menu, with a limited team, only offering food and drinks To Go.
Mandy here 👋😊
I want to thank EVERYONE who has made a point to spend their hard-earned dollars with us and recently reach out with support. Though over the last week, I’ve personally watched multiple friends with food companies let go of ALL of their staff because of this shutdown and the devastation it has brought to their business.
Hello wonderful people!
As we are nearing the end of the year, I want to personally thank every one of you for your consistent support of Wholesome Bakery. Our brick and mortar, where we produce everything we make is approaching its two-year mark and we wouldn't be here still, in the most competitive and expensive city in the country without you.
Damn, what a year!! I’m constantly taken back by how much Wholesome Bakery has grown and accomplished in just one year. From opening our doors, to launching new packaging for national expansion, to creating beautiful food with purpose and so much more. It all feels like a dream sometimes.
Hey Entrepreneurs! I’m going to talk about, “What’s it like to open a new location?”
This photo was taken 10 hours before opening the doors to our new bakery. Looking at it I see a worn down, malnourished, robot that I had slowly turned into over the course the build out.
I can’t tell you how often I’m asked this and it’s probably the hardest question you could ask me.
The truth is, I really love everything we make. Most of the items on the menu I created simply because, I wanted to eat them... (I’m not kidding 😄). Or because I wanted to figure out how to make them the WB way.
